At Byd Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
